Initial Visit (2-3 hours): $425.00
Follow-up Visits (60-75 minutes): $120.00
Follow-up visits more than 1 year from the last visit: $200.00

Follow-up visits after 18 months will be charged as if a new initial visit.

E-mail and telephone communications within reason are included in fees

FROM SOUTH OF ESCONDIDO:

Take I-15 North
Exit Via Rancho Parkway
Turn right (EAST)
Set odometer to ZERO
Drive east on Via Rancho for 4.1 miles
Turn left (WEST) on Birch Ave.
Set odometer to ZERO
Drive 0.2 miles
To 1359 Birch Ave. (on the left side of street)

Drive up the long driveway.

FROM LA AREA NORTH OF ESCONDIDO:

Take the I-5 Fwy. South to Oceanside area.

(1) Take the 78 fwy east about 15 miles to Escondido. Pass under the I-15 fwy. and the 78 fwy. will end at Broadway at a traffic light. (Toyota dealer on right)
(2) Continue on the same road past Broadway and the road name changes to Lincoln Ave., continue 9 blocks east to Ash and then turn right.
(3) Go 1.4 miles south (past East Valley Pkwy. and Grand Ave.) to Birch Ave. On left hand side of street, and turn left. (it is a small street you must look close or you will miss it.)
(4) Go 7 blocks to 1359 Birch Ave. On right sideof street.

Drive up the long driveway and park in front.
