OFFICE VISITS - FEES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Fees

• Initial Visit (2-3 hours): $425.00
• Follow-up Visits (60-75 minutes): $120.00
• Follow-up visits more than 1 year from the last visit: $200.00
• Follow-up visits after 18 months will be charged as if a new initial visit.
  
  E-mail and telephone communications within reason are included in these fees
  A credit card number may be requested at the time of your appointment

Cancellation Policy: 
A cancellation is a loss to everyone.

Please understand that when an appointment is made, that the time has been reserved just for you.

We maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Any cancellations must be made by calling (760) 741-7875

Cancellations not meeting this policy will be charged a full session fee.

FROM SOUTH OF ESCONDIDO:

Take I-15 North
Exit Via Rancho Parkway
Turn right (EAST)
Set odometer to ZERO
Drive east on Via Rancho Parkway for 4.1 miles
Turn left (WEST) on Birch Ave. (small residential street)
Set odometer to ZERO
Drive 0.2 miles
To 1359 Birch Ave. (on the left side of street )

There will be two long driveways...choose the one on the LEFT when facing the houses.

Drive up the driveway and park to the right.

FROM LA AREA NORTH OF ESCONDIDO:

Take the I-5 Freeway South towards Oceanside, California.

(1) Exit the 78 freeway and head east about 15 miles to Escondido. The 78 freeway will end at Broadway Rd. at a traffic light. (you will see a Toyota dealer on the right)
(2) Continue on the same road past Broadway as the 78 becomes Lincoln Ave.. for 9 blocks to Ash and then turn right (South) onto Ash.
(3) Drive 1.4 miles south (past East Valley Pkwy. and Grand Ave.) to Birch Ave. and turn left. (it is a small street you must look closely or you will miss it.)
(4) Drive 7 blocks to 1359 Birch Ave. on the right side of street.
